The latest addition to Infiniti’s lineup, the 2027 QX65, is set to make its debut this summer as a sleek two-row crossover. Distinct from the brand’s current offerings, which consist of only two models, the QX65 features a modern fastback design that echoes elements of the classic FX model.
Underneath its stylish exterior, the QX65 is equipped with Infiniti’s turbocharged 2.0-liter four-cylinder VC-Turbo engine, delivering an impressive 268 horsepower and 286 pound-feet of torque. A nine-speed automatic transmission is standard, along with all-wheel drive, ensuring both performance and capability.
The design of the QX65 is a testament to Infiniti’s “Artistry in Motion” philosophy, highlighted by a three-dimensional grille and a striking new Sunfire Red paint that draws inspiration from the iconic Regal Red found on the Nissan GT-R.
Customers will have multiple trim options to choose from, with the vehicle being available in three distinct grades: Luxe, Sport, and Autograph. The entry-level Luxe trim starts at $56,990 and comes equipped with features like 20-inch wheels, LED lights, and an illuminated grille emblem. Inside, buyers will find dual 12.3-inch displays powered by Google Built-In for the infotainment system, along with wireless phone charging and tri-zone climate control.
The Sport trim, priced at $57,235, upgrades the wheels to exclusive black alloy designs and adds glossy exterior trim along with a unique grille. The interior reflects this sporty flair with a graphite headliner and gloss-black accents.
At the top of the range is the QX65 Autograph, which commands a starting price of $64,135. This premium trim boasts 21-inch machined-alloy wheels, satin chrome window surrounds, and a black-painted roof. Inside, the Autograph is luxurious, featuring semi-aniline leather massaging seats, wooden accents, heated rear seats, and a quilted dashboard.
In terms of practicality, the QX65 offers 35.8 cubic feet of cargo space behind the second-row seats, expanding to 67.7 cubic feet with those seats folded down. The vehicle’s towing capacity is also noteworthy, with the ability to haul up to 6,000 pounds when properly equipped.
Compared to the QX60, which starts at $53,085 for the Pure trim, the QX65 offers a competitive pricing structure where most of its trims are less expensive than their QX60 equivalents.
