Bitget, recognized as the world’s largest Universal Exchange (UEX), made a significant impact at TOKEN2049 Singapore, demonstrating its forward-thinking approach to the cryptocurrency sector. The event featured a series of high-profile presentations and interactive engagements, showcasing how Bitget is shaping the future of digital finance.
A standout feature of Bitget’s presence was its eye-catching helmet-shaped booth, which represented the company’s strategic partnership with MotoGP™. This installation attracted a lot of attention and was one of the most frequently visited spots in the exhibition, complete with a racing simulator that gave attendees a taste of the excitement of professional motorcycle racing.
The excitement peaked when three-time MotoGP world champion Jorge Lorenzo visited the booth to test the racing simulator, attracting numerous fans and media attention. This intersection of sports and technology illustrated Bitget’s mission of bridging diverse worlds within the crypto space.
On the conference’s first day, Bitget’s CEO Gracy Chen participated in a panel titled “Empowering Women, Expanding Crypto: The Untapped Trillion-Dollar Opportunity.” Chen discussed Bitget’s collaboration with UNICEF’s Game Changers Coalition, which aims to enhance blockchain education for girls, thereby fostering inclusion in emerging economies through initiatives like the Global Game Jam.
In conjunction with this panel, Bitget also hosted the Pop Forward booth that provided attendees with popcorn and cotton candy while informing them about Blockchain4Her and UNICEF’s educational projects. This whimsical approach portrayed Bitget’s commitment to social impact alongside its innovative technologies.
On Day 2, Gracy Chen delivered a headline keynote on the TON Stage, where she elaborated on the concept of the Universal Exchange. This new model, designed for global markets, promises to unify crypto, stock tokens, and real-world assets on a single, accessible platform. With a growing audience, Chen emphasized the transition of Bitget from a centralized exchange to a pioneering Universal Exchange.
“With all these efforts and upcoming plans, including our upgrade to support all on-chain assets, Bitget is no longer just a centralized exchange,” Chen articulated. “We’re now the world’s first Universal Exchange — or as we call it, UEX.”
Wrapping up the event, Bitget hosted an extravagant anniversary celebration titled TopGear Night: Bitget Turns 7, which welcomed over 500 guests. This festive occasion featured live performances and samba dancers, marking seven years of the company’s journey and further underscoring Bitget’s evolution.
