MIAMI – Victory Snacks, a leading private-label snack food and beverage company focused on supporting athletes and college athletic programs, has announced a transformative partnership with FIU Athletics. This collaboration aims to launch Victory Campus, a new initiative designed to create sustainable Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) revenue for FIU Panthers student-athletes through a unique line of university-branded snacks and beverages called ‘305 Snacks.’
The partnership with FIU marks a significant expansion for Victory Campus, building on its recent rollout with the University of Houston, Conference USA, and the Southwest Athletic Conference earlier this year. Through this collaboration, FIU Athletics will help in developing a fresh range of 305 Snacks—a premium collection that combines better-for-you options while promoting Panther pride and delivering tangible NIL benefits. These snacks will be sold throughout the FIU campus at various concessions and athletic venues.
Scott Carr, the Director of Athletics for FIU, expressed his enthusiasm for the collaboration, stating, “We are always pursuing different avenues to expand the FIU Athletics brand, and Victory Campus is a perfect fit for us to do that through a 305-themed line of snacks. In this new, revenue-share era of college athletics, maximizing profitable opportunities is essential for recruiting and retaining student-athletes. I urge all Panthers to enjoy our new snacks and help us build championship rosters. Paws Up!”
Grant Cohen, Chief Growth Officer of Victory Snacks, highlighted the innovative nature of the partnership, saying, “Victory Campus represents the next evolution of NIL partnerships—where schools, student-athletes, and fans all benefit through innovative, high-quality products that celebrate school identity. We’re excited to bring this initiative to FIU and collaborate with such a passionate Panthers fan base. Together, we are reshaping community-driven NIL success.”
The line of 305 Snacks will feature a variety of tasty offerings, including protein-packed jerky, gourmet potato chips, candy gummies, and more, all designed with the active lifestyles of athletes in mind. Fans and students will soon be able to pre-order these products at 305mia.shop/.
This partnership signifies a growing trend within college athletics towards establishing enduring, community-oriented NIL programs that are advantageous for both student-athletes and athletic departments. As Victory Snacks continues to expand nationally, partner schools will enjoy increased visibility through retail, media, and influencer campaigns linked to their athletes. This initiative aims to generate additional NIL revenue that can provide a competitive edge in recruiting, enhance brand alignment, and foster greater athlete and community engagement.
Victory Snacks prides itself on offering a diverse selection of high-quality snacks and beverages, including hydrogen carbonated drinks, low-calorie sodas, and protein-rich snacks like ham jerky. The newly developed collegiate division, Victory Campus, focuses on creating custom private-label products that not only generate NIL revenue but also champion school spirit.
FIU Athletics boasts a rich history marked by notable athletes, including Pro Bowl wide receiver T.Y. Hilton and Olympic gold medalist Tanya Lawrence. Today, over 400 student-athletes represent FIU across 17 Division I sports, yielding nearly 120 All-Americans and 50 NCAA Tournament appearances. The partnership with Victory Snacks is expected to further elevate the institution’s standing in collegiate athletics while enriching the student-athlete experience at FIU.
