Bitget Wallet has announced an expansion of its collaboration with Ondo Finance, introducing over 100 tokenised U.S. equities and ETFs on the BNB Chain. This significant development will broaden access to on-chain U.S. market exposure for Bitget Wallet’s estimated 80 million users and further emphasizes the merging of real-world assets (RWAs) with decentralized finance.
The integration of Ondo’s offerings allows users to browse, analyze, and trade tokenised stocks, featuring well-known names like Apple, Tesla, Nvidia, and the S&P 500 ETF, through the Bitget Wallet’s RWA module. Each token provides full exposure to the underlying assets stored with regulated U.S. custodians, capturing both price fluctuations and reinvested dividends. Unlike traditional DeFi liquidity pools, Ondo’s infrastructure connects directly to liquidity from traditional equity markets, enabling users to trade 24/5 in USD, with minimum investment thresholds set as low as $20.
This development comes at a time when demand for tokenised equities on Bitget Wallet is surging. A notable spike in trading activity was observed in November 2025, with spot trading volume rising by 152% month-over-month, and perpetual trading volume witnessing a nearly twenty-fold increase. This trend highlights a growing retail interest in accessing U.S. markets through on-chain platforms.
Nathan Allman, Founder and CEO of Ondo Finance, commented on the partnership, stating that “BNB Chain is home to one of the largest and most engaged global user bases in Web3.” He emphasized that expanding Ondo Global Markets to BNB Chain allows for the provision of tokenised U.S. stocks and ETFs to millions of users across various regions, including Asia and Latin America, in an efficient and interoperable environment.
Ondo Global Markets has rapidly established itself as one of the largest platforms for tokenised securities, nearing $400 million in total value locked and surpassing $1 billion in cumulative trading volume.
Jamie Elkaleh, CMO of Bitget Wallet, expressed that the partnership reflects the company’s broader strategy to incorporate real-world assets into its self-custodial ecosystem. The integration is seen as a way to dismantle barriers between traditional finance and cryptocurrency, granting users worldwide access to asset classes via a single self-custodial wallet.
With token transfers now available across Ethereum and BNB Chain continuously, the integration enhances Bitget Wallet’s role as a significant entry point for everyday users aiming to gain exposure to real-world assets. This move also indicates a continual shift in the market towards tokenised securities, as crypto platforms strive to integrate traditional asset classes with on-chain distribution methods.
