UConn enters the matchup with an unblemished record of 9-0, following a dominant performance against DePaul. In their last game, the Huskies overwhelmed DePaul with a staggering score of 102-32, showcasing their depth and skill. Historically, UConn has an edge in its rivalry with USC, holding a record of 4-1 in their all-time matchups. The last encounter took place during the 2025 NCAA Tournament Elite Eight, where UConn, despite being a No. 2 seed, triumphed over the No. 1 seed Trojans with a score of 78-64.
