Peacock has unveiled a gripping full trailer for its latest thriller, The Copenhagen Test, featuring Simu Liu in a high-stakes role that blends espionage with psychological intrigue. Liu portrays Alexander Hale, a government intelligence analyst whose life spirals into chaos after discovering that his brain has been hacked. This harrowing twist leaves him perilously vulnerable, as the unseen perpetrators can access everything he sees and hears.
The narrative thrust of the series focuses on Hale’s desperate bid to clear his name within the agency while simultaneously tracking down those who have invaded his mind. The trailer offers a deeper look into this intricate plot, expanding on a brief teaser released in October that left much to the imagination. The series logline reveals the intense dichotomy Hale faces: “Caught between his shadowy agency and the unknown hackers, he must maintain a performance 24/7 to flush out who’s responsible and prove where his allegiance lies.”
