AIverse has officially launched its testnet version, offering exclusive early access to holders of the One Gravity NFT collection. Developed by the decentralized AI protocol 0G, AIverse aims to establish itself as a premier marketplace for intelligent NFTs (iNFTs), which are driving the expanding AI agent economy. The testnet is set to officially go live on September 4, 2025, with early access extended to 1,888 One Gravity NFT holders, selected via a snapshot taken on September 1, 2025. These selected individuals will have the opportunity to mint their initial iNFTs on the 0G Galileo testnet and experience firsthand the platform’s robust features.
The One Gravity NFT collection is the first of its kind created within 0G’s DeAI ecosystem, granting holders numerous exclusive advantages, including early access to AIverse. This initiative aims to empower these NFT holders to actively participate in the evolution and enhancement of 0G’s ecosystem as it readies for its mainnet launch. The initial minting process will allow these users to experiment with iNFTs on the AIverse testnet, with plans for these assets to be transferable to the mainnet after the complete launch of 0G.
Michael Heinrich, CEO of 0G, underscored the importance of this milestone, highlighting that AIverse will play a foundational role in the future of iNFTs and the 0G agent economy. By offering early access to One Gravity holders, the platform ensures that its most engaged users can start exploring its functionalities and contribute to the ecosystem’s growth. Early users will be able to create accounts on AIverse and mint iNFTs using testnet tokens, which hold no financial value but serve as a means for users to familiarize themselves with the platform’s operations.
The launch of AIverse marks a significant progression in 0G’s overall development strategy as it moves toward its mainnet rollout. In August 2025, the engineering and product teams at 0G reported substantial advancements across various facets of the network, including enhancements to the Chainscan user interface, improvements in Know Your Customer (KYC) infrastructure, and the integration of new node delegation options through Network-as-a-Service (NaaS) providers. These enhancements are part of 0G’s ongoing mission to establish a scalable, high-performance, and user-friendly infrastructure for decentralized AI applications.
Additionally, AIverse plans to expand its capabilities beyond the initial one-agent-per-user model by introducing a “Collections” feature. This new functionality will enable NFT projects to create and trade multiple iNFTs within a single collection, thereby amplifying the versatility of tokenized intelligence and creating more avenues for user engagement with AI-powered assets. Furthermore, AIverse is streamlining its metadata storage and implementing serverless deployment to accommodate dynamic scaling as the demand for iNFTs rises. A waitlist feature is also in the works, allowing non-whitelisted users to express interest in the platform prior to its full public launch.
In its ongoing efforts to fortify its core protocol, 0G is focused on refining staking and security mechanisms, enhancing chain stability, and improving data availability. The team has also revamped documentation and guides to facilitate developers in building and deploying on the network, including step-by-step instructions for validator node setups and integration guidelines for third-party RPC services. These initiatives reflect 0G’s dedication to making decentralized AI more accessible and scalable for both developers and end-users.
