Ford has officially announced the launch of a Carhartt-branded package for its 2027 Super Duty truck. This collaboration follows a partnership formed in January between Ford Motor Company and Carhartt, aimed at creating both custom merchandise and a distinctive vehicle model.
The Carhartt Package is specifically designed for the Super Duty XLT Crew Cab, featuring a single rear-wheel axle. It introduces several aesthetic upgrades that enhance the truck’s visual appeal. Notable features include a uniquely styled, dark-painted grille, body-color bumpers, and off-road running boards, alongside prominent Carhartt graphics displayed on the fender vents, doors, and tailgate.
Additional design elements draw inspiration from urban life, such as unique 20-inch wheels resembling the manhole covers in front of Carhartt’s Detroit store, wrapped in Bridgestone Dueler A/T tires. The exterior is further enhanced with a Tough-bed, a spray-in bedliner sporting the Carhartt branding, all-weather floor mats featuring the logo, and LED lights.
The interior of the Super Duty has also received a makeover, showcasing Carhartt-themed cloth seats with matching stitching. The design continues to the center console lid, door trim panels, and even includes embroidered Carhartt logos on the headrests and map pockets.
The new Carhartt-themed Super Duty will be available in six different colors: Marsh Gray, Iconic Silver Metallic, Agate Black Metallic, Carbonized Gray Metallic, Oxford White, and a new addition for 2027, Neptune Blue.
Although Ford has not yet disclosed the pricing details for the Carhartt Package, the starting price for the 2026 F-250 Super Duty XLT 4×4 is just over $60,000. Experts anticipate that the 2027 Carhartt Package will retail for a higher price point, particularly as it can be purchased alongside the Premium Package and FX4 Off-Road Package.
Orders for the new Carhartt-branded Super Duty are set to open soon, with enthusiasts encouraged to secure their vehicles early. The Carhartt Package not only enhances the Super Duty’s aesthetic but also maintains its utility, a combination that aligns seamlessly with both Ford’s and Carhartt’s brand identities.
