Bitget, a prominent cryptocurrency exchange and Web3 company, has officially opened applications for its 2026 Graduate Program, part of the Blockchain4Youth initiative aimed at cultivating the next generation of talent from top universities. This program offers an accelerated timeline: applications commence immediately, with interviews slated to start in October, decisions made by December, and onboarding scheduled for 2026.

The Graduate Program is designed to immerse participants in high-impact roles across various teams while providing mentorship from seasoned professionals. With over 50 positions available, graduates can expect opportunities in engineering, product management, business development, branding, and data analytics, among others. The initiative is centered on empowering young minds to design and deliver innovative solutions in the blockchain space.

Vugar Usi Zade, the Chief Operating Officer at Bitget, emphasized the program’s vision of nurturing critical thinkers who can effectively navigate the complexities of the blockchain landscape. “We believe in the future and that’s exactly why we are hiring for it,” he stated, highlighting the program’s objective to build future leaders.

In a bid to promote diversity in the Web3 sector, Bitget will co-host a career session focused on inclusion at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology on September 20. This event will feature insights from Bitget employees, offering attendees a chance to connect and learn about real-world applications in finance, technology, and culture.

Candidates are encouraged to apply if they are proactive self-starters with a strong interest in AI and Web3. Successful applicants will not only join a company that is a major player in cryptocurrency but also engage in a structured development path that includes mentorship, competitive compensation, and the unique opportunity to contribute to groundbreaking projects.

Bitget’s commitment to education expands beyond this program, as part of its broader Blockchain4Youth strategy which includes workshops and hands-on mentorship. The initiative aims to transform new entrants into capable innovators and leaders in the blockchain realm.

Applications are currently being accepted, inviting potential candidates to submit their resumes or portfolios.

Established in 2018, Bitget serves over 120 million users globally and continues to pioneer cutting-edge trading solutions. As the Official Crypto Partner of LALIGA and a partner in various global initiatives, Bitget is dedicated to enhancing cryptocurrency literacy and adoption through strategic collaborations.
