Foris DAX MT Limited, a company incorporated in Malta, is gaining attention as it operates under the brand name Crypto.com. Registered with company number C 88392, its office is located at Level 7, Spinola Park, Triq Mikiel Ang Borg, St. Julians, Malta. The company has received authorization from the Malta Financial Services Authority as a Crypto-Asset Service Provider, operating under the recently implemented Regulation 2023/1114 on Markets in Crypto-Assets.

The services provided by Foris DAX MT Limited are extensive and include the exchange of crypto-assets for fiat currencies, the exchange between various crypto-assets, and the reception and transmission of client orders for crypto-assets. Additionally, the firm is authorized to execute client orders, provide transfer services for crypto-assets, and offer custody and administration services on behalf of its clients.

Meanwhile, Foris MT Limited, another Malta-based company, holds the company registration number C 90348 and is also located at the same address. This entity is licensed as a Financial Institution authorized to issue electronic money, operating under the 3rd Schedule of the Financial Institutions Act. It is responsible for providing the Cash Account and issuing the Crypto.com Visa Card under its Visa Principal Member (Issuing) license.

It is important to note that any other products or services advertised on the Crypto.com website or app fall under different group companies and do not fall within the regulatory purview of either Foris DAX MT Limited or Foris MT Limited.

Investors should proceed with caution, as trading or holding crypto-assets involves inherent risks that may not be suitable for everyone. Past performance does not guarantee future results, and potential investors are urged to carefully consider their financial situation and risk tolerance before venturing into the crypto-asset market. For more information about the risks associated with trading or holding crypto-assets, additional resources are available.

For inquiries, customers can reach out via chat at chat.crypto.com, or visit their office located at Level 7, Spinola Park, Triq Mikiel Ang Borg, St. Julians, SPK 1000, Malta.
