Foris DAX MT Limited, a limited liability company incorporated in Malta, has been granted recognition as a Crypto-Asset Service Provider by the Malta Financial Services Authority. Operating under the name Crypto.com, the company holds the registration number C 88392 and is located at Level 7, Spinola Park, Triq Mikiel Ang Borg, St. Julians, Malta.

According to the regulatory framework established under Regulation 2023/1114 concerning Markets in Crypto-Assets, Foris DAX MT Limited is authorized to deliver a variety of services. These include the exchange of crypto-assets for both funds and other crypto-assets, as well as the reception and transmission of client orders related to crypto-assets. Additionally, the company is permitted to execute client orders for crypto-assets, offer transfer services, and provide custody and administration for crypto-assets on behalf of its clients.

Further to this, the Cash Account associated with Crypto.com is managed by another entity, Foris MT Limited, which is also registered in Malta with company number C 90348. Foris MT Limited is licensed by the Malta Financial Services Authority to issue electronic money under the Financial Institutions Act. This company issues and promotes the Crypto.com Visa Card under its Visa Principal Member (Issuing) license.

It is important to note that any other products or services mentioned on the Crypto.com App or webpage are provided by different group companies and do not fall under the regulatory purview of either Foris DAX MT Limited or Foris MT Limited.
