Foris DAX MT Limited, a limited liability company based in Malta, has made headlines with its robust offerings in the rapidly evolving crypto-asset industry. Registered under Company number C 88392, the firm operates from Level 7, Spinola Park, Triq Mikiel Ang Borg, St. Julians, Malta, and trades under the name Crypto.com. It has received authorization from the Malta Financial Services Authority (MFSA) to act as a Crypto-Asset Service Provider in accordance with Regulation 2023/1114 on Markets in Crypto-Assets.

The company is licensed to provide a wide range of services, which include:

1. Exchange of crypto-assets for traditional funds.
2. Exchange of crypto-assets for other digital currencies.
3. Reception and transmission of orders for crypto-assets on behalf of clients.
4. Execution of orders for crypto-assets on behalf of clients.
5. Transfer services for crypto-assets on behalf of clients.
6. Custody and administration of crypto-assets for clients.

Additionally, the Cash Account services are offered by Foris MT Limited, another limited liability company established in Malta under registration number C 90348. Foris MT Limited is also located at Level 7, Spinola Park and is authorized by the MFSA as a Financial Institution licensed to issue electronic money, in accordance with the Legislative Framework for Electronic Money Institutions.

Moreover, the Crypto.com Visa Card, a prominent product in its suite, is issued and promoted by Foris MT Limited under its Visa Principal Member (Issuing) license, further expanding the company’s reach within the financial technology landscape.

It’s important to note that any other products or services advertised on the Crypto.com webpage or app are provided by other group companies and fall outside the regulatory purview of either Foris DAX MT Limited or Foris MT Limited.

As the cryptocurrency market continues to gain traction, potential investors are cautioned about the risks associated with trading or holding crypto-assets. The volatility inherent in such investments is significant, and previous performance should not be viewed as an indicator of future results. Prospective clients are urged to carefully evaluate whether engaging with crypto-assets aligns with their financial condition and risk tolerance.

For further inquiries, users can contact the company via chat at chat.crypto.com or visit their office at the aforementioned address in St. Julians, Malta.
