The forum featured a variety of keynote speeches, panel discussions, and networking sessions, addressing crucial themes including regulatory challenges, Layer 1 and Layer 2 solutions, the integration of artificial intelligence, and the role of stablecoins. These discussions were intended to promote collaboration and advance practical solutions within the cryptocurrency ecosystem.
In his opening remarks, Congressman Min Byoung-Dug emphasized the pivotal role blockchain plays in restructuring trust systems and highlighted the digitization of Real-World Assets (RWA) as essential to the future of finance. In another highlighted session, Czhang Lin, head of LBank Labs, articulated that significant opportunities for merging Web3 with traditional finance are emerging, particularly through crypto ETFs that can draw institutional capital. He also discussed how enterprises can manage crypto assets via Digital Asset Token (DAT) strategies and how low-cost, transparent Special Purpose Acquisition Companies (SPACs) could contribute to these efforts.
Renowned academics and industry leaders participated as speakers, including Professor Ryu Hyeuk-sun from KAIST and Professor Han Jung-Wook from Seoul National University. They were joined by CodeVASP CEO Lee Sung Mi and representatives from prominent Web3 organizations like the Ethereum Foundation, Animoca Brands, Solana, Berachain, Abstract, Manta Network, IoTeX, Aethir, and LayerZero.
