Nextech3D.ai has announced the rollout of a new blockchain ticketing platform set to transform the events industry with a two-phase integration plan. The initial phase, scheduled to debut in the fourth quarter of 2025, will introduce a “walletless” custodial solution. This innovative system allows users to purchase tickets through traditional payment methods while incorporating blockchain security, making it more accessible for the average consumer.

The second phase, slated for early 2026, aims to enhance the platform with native crypto wallet capabilities and self-custody options. This dual approach reflects Nextech3D.ai’s desire to maintain compliance while offering a user-friendly experience void of crypto complexities.

Central to the platform’s functionality is the integration of ticketing, payments, identity verification, and AR/AI navigation, facilitated through the company’s proprietary Map D system. Notable features of the system include Event-Token™ tickets designed to be fraud-resistant, an experience focused on regulatory compliance, and quick payouts in USDC/ACH, which streamline the financial aspect for event organizers. The existing Map D platform already supports over 500 events a year, with over 125 involving ticket sales, providing a robust foundation for immediate adoption.

In addition to the ticketing announcement, Nextech3D.ai has renewed its share purchase warrant program, issuing nearly 6.9 million warrants at a price of CAD$0.195 per share with a one-year exercise period. This strategic move aims to incentivize and retain talent while aligning their interests with the company’s growth.

Evan Gappelberg, CEO of Nextech3D.ai, expressed confidence in the platform’s capacity to address pain points within the industry, emphasizing that the company’s two-track roadmap allows for a swift entry into the market while paving the way for future enhancements. He highlighted the importance of trust and transparency, particularly in light of growing regulatory scrutiny, asserting that features such as all-in pricing and verifiable tickets would significantly benefit consumers.

As the ticketing landscape increasingly integrates blockchain technologies, Nextech3D.ai positions itself to capitalize on dual revenue streams from both primary and secondary ticket sales, currently dominated by legacy players. The company’s focus on creating a smooth user experience combined with advanced AR/AI navigation aims to bolster revenue through innovative marketing strategies for sponsors and organizers alike.

Overall, Nextech3D.ai’s approach appears strategically timed, aligning with a growing market trend where event solutions must efficiently blend technology with consumer demands, all while complying with regulatory standards. This comprehensive rollout promises to set a new standard in the ticketing industry, potentially revolutionizing how tickets are sold and experienced in the future.
