For the third consecutive year, the Pitt volleyball team has achieved a significant milestone by securing the No. 1 seed in the NCAA Volleyball Tournament. The highly anticipated Regional Semifinals are scheduled to begin on Thursday, December 11. In the first match of the evening, top-seeded Pitt will face off against the No. 4 seed, Minnesota, at 7 p.m. Following this match, Purdue will take on SMU approximately 30 minutes after the conclusion of the first game. Both matches are set to be broadcast on ESPN2, providing fans an opportunity to watch the action unfold from home.
The winners of these two matches will advance to the Regional Final taking place on Saturday, December 13.
