In a significant development in the digital asset sector, VerifiedX has announced a partnership with Crypto.com aimed at establishing a robust infrastructure for the custody and liquidity of $1.5 billion in digital assets. This collaboration, revealed on November 20, 2025, is designed specifically for institutional clients seeking secure and compliant solutions in an increasingly regulated market.

As part of the agreement, VerifiedX will leverage Crypto.com’s regulated custody platform, which is tailored to meet the stringent requirements of institutional investors. The platform boasts features that ensure compliance, security, and operational transparency, critical elements for organizations managing large-scale digital asset portfolios.

The structure of this partnership allows VerifiedX clients to benefit from Crypto.com’s specialized custody infrastructure. Among the key offerings are multi-user permissions, custom governance workflows, and insured storage options. These features will enable institutions to establish sophisticated asset management protocols that include transaction approvals through layered permissions, ensuring audit-ready operations at all levels.

Moreover, the partnership also emphasizes over-the-counter (OTC) trading capabilities, allowing VerifiedX clients to tap into liquidity across a variety of digital asset pairs. This service is particularly beneficial for institutions that engage in large-volume transactions, enabling them to execute trades without impinging on public order books, thus managing price volatility and enhancing transaction confidentiality.

This partnership marks a significant extension of a previous relationship between the companies, whereby VerifiedX integrated Crypto.com Pay into its Switchblade Wallets product, granting users enhanced payment and onboarding functionalities.

The timing of this announcement coincides with a notable increase in institutional demand for regulated and operationally compliant blockchain infrastructure, a trend fueled by the growing interest in cryptocurrency across various sectors. The collaboration not only bolsters Crypto.com’s position within the institutional market but also equips VerifiedX clients with essential custody services that align with regulatory standards and support complex governance structures.

Both VerifiedX and Crypto.com are strategically aiming to capitalize on the expanding market for compliant digital asset solutions as institutional adoption continues to rise. This partnership underscores their commitment to providing tailored services that meet the evolving needs of institutional investors in the digital asset space.
