In a significant move within the medical technology and blockchain sectors, WORK Medical Technology Group LTD, a prominent supplier of medical devices in China, has announced a strategic cooperation agreement with the Hong Kong Web3.0 Standardization Association Limited. This collaboration aims to foster innovation and enhance the development of Real-world Assets (RWAs) through comprehensive blockchain solutions.
Under the terms of the agreement, WORK Medical, through its subsidiary Work (Hangzhou) Medical Treatment Equipment Co., Ltd., will work alongside the Association on various initiatives, including asset tokenization, equity investment, and technology development related to RWAs. By combining WORK Medical’s established capital resources and expertise in medical device manufacturing with the Association’s technological capabilities and platforms, the partnership seeks to explore novel business models that will promote mutual growth while amplifying their presence within the industry.
One of the key focus areas of this collaboration is asset tokenization. WORK Medical plans to leverage its Nasdaq-listed status to advance the tokenization of premium assets it owns or invests in, using the Association’s RWA platform as a foundation for these efforts. Additionally, the companies aim to integrate industrial and financial resources to stimulate the expansion of the RWA market through various investment vehicles.
To further enhance technological development, the partnership will utilize the Association’s newly launched RWA registration platform. This venture aims to enable blockchain-based title verification for industry applications, ensuring compliance and secure asset issuance.

Its notable goals include bolstering government policies related to digital finance and enhancing public familiarity with Web3.0 technologies. The organization recently took a significant step in its mission by launching an RWA registration platform in August 2025.
Commenting on the partnership, WORK Medical’s Chief Executive Officer and Chairman, Mr. Wu Shuang, expressed enthusiasm for the collaboration, emphasizing its importance in driving innovation within the RWA space. He highlighted the company’s commitment to helping set standards and fostering the commercial adoption of RWA solutions.
