Bitget, recognized as a leading cryptocurrency exchange and Web3 company, has officially opened applications for its 2026 Graduate Program. This initiative, which falls under Bitget’s Blockchain4Youth (B4Y) umbrella, is designed to recruit emerging talent from top universities and immerse them directly in real-world Web3 projects.
The application timeline is accelerated, with submissions starting immediately, interviews scheduled for October, offers set to be sent out in December, and onboarding planned for 2026. The Graduate Program will allow participants to rotate across various high-impact teams, providing them with senior mentorship and hands-on project ownership. Over 50 roles are available spanning diverse fields such as engineering, product management, business development, branding, operations, data analytics, algorithm development, and risk control. The overarching aim is to make significant career opportunities accessible to young professionals while empowering them to innovate and develop.
Vugar Usi Zade, Chief Operating Officer at Bitget, articulated the purpose of the program, stating, “We believe in the future and that’s exactly why we are hiring for it. This program is not just about building blockchain; it is about building thinkers who can question, design, and deliver. Together, Bitget is looking to build the next billion minds.”
To kick off the recruitment season, Bitget’s B4Y and Blockchain4Her CSR initiatives will co-host a Web3 diversity career session at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST) on September 20. This event, organized in collaboration with the student community 0xU, will feature Bitget employees sharing their professional experiences, discussing relevant case studies, and providing opportunities for one-on-one connections with candidates interested in making their mark at the intersection of finance, technology, and culture.
Ideal candidates are sought to be proactive self-starters, characterized by curiosity, inventiveness, and adaptability in multicultural environments. A genuine interest in AI and Web3 technologies is essential. Participants in the program will join one of the fastest-growing exchanges worldwide, working alongside colleagues from over 50 different countries, and benefiting from a structured development pathway that includes rotations, mentorship, competitive pay, and the opportunity to lead projects at the cutting edge of technology.
The Graduate Program is anchored firmly within Bitget’s Blockchain4Youth initiative, extending beyond mere recruitment to provide a comprehensive runway into the world of Web3. This involves workshops, campus events, and hands-on mentorship that support graduates in developing tangible products and integrating into a global community. The program also aligns with B4Y’s broader educational framework, which combines early-career opportunities with practical learning experiences, turning theoretical knowledge into tangible skills and fostering innovation.
Interested individuals are encouraged to submit their resumes or portfolios to apply for the program now.
