Bitget, a leading cryptocurrency exchange and Web3 company, has officially launched applications for its 2026 Graduate Program as part of its Blockchain4Youth initiative. This global program is designed to recruit emerging talent from top universities and immerse them directly in real Web3 workstreams, effectively bridging academia and industry.
The application process is set on a fast track, with applications now open, interviews scheduled to commence in October, and offers anticipated in December. Successful candidates will begin onboarding in 2026. The program boasts more than 50 available positions across diverse fields such as engineering, product management, business development, growth, branding, operations, data analytics, algorithms, and risk control. The overarching aim is to make impactful roles accessible to young professionals and provide them the autonomy to innovate.
Vugar Usi Zade, Chief Operating Officer at Bitget, emphasized the program’s forward-thinking nature, stating, “This program is not just about building blockchain; it is about building thinkers who can question, design, and deliver. Together, Bitget is looking to build the next billion minds.”
To celebrate the launch, Bitget’s Blockchain4Youth and Blockchain4Her initiatives will co-host a Web3 diversity career session at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST) on September 20. This event, in collaboration with the 0xU student community, will include insights from Bitget employees on their professional journeys, discussions of case studies, and one-on-one networking opportunities for candidates interested in the evolving intersections of finance, technology, and culture.
The program seeks proactive self-starters who are curious, inventive, and adept at navigating cultural diversity. A genuine interest in AI and Web3 technologies is considered essential. Participants will not only gain experience at one of the fastest-growing exchanges in the industry but will also work alongside colleagues from over 50 countries, advancing through a structured development path that includes rotations, mentorship, and competitive compensation.
Designed as a runway into Web3, the Graduate Program incorporates workshops, campus salons, and hands-on mentorship, enabling graduates to ship real products and integrate into a global community. This initiative is part of Bitget’s comprehensive education roadmap, which aims to convert early-career opportunities into practical experience, thus fostering independence and innovation among participants.
Interested candidates are now invited to submit their resumes and portfolios to join this dynamic program at Bitget.
