Bitget has officially launched Bitget Stocks 2.0, an enhanced tokenized stock spot product designed to elevate liquidity, asset transparency, and capital efficiency in the realm of tokenized equity trading. This latest version is issued by Reality, a licensed platform specializing in the issuance of real-world assets (RWAs), benefitting from Bitget’s robust ecosystem that ensures strategic support, trading access, and asset security.
The upgraded product incorporates three key improvements: enhanced stock market liquidity, a 1:1 economic mapping of the underlying stock assets, and increased applicability of stock tokens within Bitget’s margin, strategy, and yield ecosystems. Users can now enjoy a more interactive trading experience that connects tokenized stock trading with real equity market liquidity across global channels. The improved offering features deeper order books, reduced trading friction, and quicker execution times, all facilitated through the Bitget app.
A significant aspect of Stock 2.0 is its provision for 1:1 asset mapping for eligible stock tokens. This means that users can engage in direct trading with stablecoins like USDT. Cash dividends will be converted into USDT and credited to users’ accounts, while stock dividends will directly reflect in user balances. Additionally, corporate actions such as stock splits and reverse splits will be consistently mapped to token positions, ensuring that economic exposure remains aligned with the dynamics of the underlying stock.
The updated product also broadens the utility of tokenized equities within Bitget’s ecosystem. Eligible stock tokens can be integrated into unified account and margin systems, offering connectivity with various supported tools such as spot grid trading, futures grid setups, copy trading, and selected yield products. This flexibility not only enhances capital management but also maintains users’ exposure to a range of global equity assets.
Gracy Chen, the CEO of Bitget, emphasized the role of tokenized equities as a pivotal connection point between cryptocurrency and global markets, predicting that by 2030, over 10% of global financial assets could be tokenized. She highlighted that such growth would be driven by platforms that prioritize access, depth, and compliance. Bitget has positioned itself to meet these future needs, having already met essential requirements for advancing to this future landscape.
In comparison to other platforms providing RWAs, Bitget asserts its competitive edge through minimal trading fees. With a base rate of just 0.1% and Maker/Taker fees equating to VIP rates at a fixed 0.05%, along with unique offers in its BGB token, Bitget claims to deliver one of the most economical pathways for stock trading.
The launch of Bitget Stocks 2.0 capitalizes on the company’s early success in tokenized equity trading, including offerings like tokenized stocks, ETFs, stock futures, and pre-IPO options. As of January 2026, Bitget reported that its cumulative tokenized stock spot trading volume had exceeded $1 billion, constituting around 89% of the trading volume related to Ondo-issued tokenized stocks as of December 2025. The platform’s stock futures also surpassed $10 billion in cumulative trading volume, solidifying its status as a pioneer in the Universal Exchange model.
The inaugural batch of Bitget Stocks 2.0 includes 36 newly listed stock-linked assets, featuring major companies and ETFs such as Apple, Amazon, Meta, Tesla, Alphabet, NVIDIA, Microsoft, and QQQ. However, the availability of these assets may vary based on user jurisdiction and specific eligibility criteria.
