Bitget has introduced a new initiative aimed at facilitating the transfer of existing U.S. stock holdings into its multi-asset ecosystem, known as the Stock Transfer Fast-Track Plan. This service allows eligible users to move their equities from participating brokerages such as IBKR, Webull, Futu, Tiger, Moomoo, and Longbridge directly into Bitget Stock+, bypassing the need to sell their shares first. This streamlines the process, enabling investors to maintain their positions and avoid potential losses due to market fluctuations during lengthy transfers.
From June 22 to July 31, 2026, users can participate by registering for the campaign, updating the Bitget app, and submitting necessary information about their shares and current brokers. After completing the transfer-out process with their original brokerage, users need to provide proof of their transfer fees to receive reimbursements ranging from 150 to 10,000 USDT. The exact reimbursement amount is determined by the market value of the transferred portfolio and associated broker fees, enabling users to cover actual transfer costs rather than simply receiving a flat cash bonus.
This initiative is part of Bitget’s broader strategy to integrate traditional equity management with digital asset trading, which is emphasized by the recent launch of its Stock+ feature. With Stock+, eligible users can purchase real U.S. stocks using USDC and other digital currencies, with shares executed through regulated brokers. This model contrasts with tokenized stock products that lack ownership rights. Users can enjoy benefits such as cash dividends and participate in stock adjustments like splits, with trading synchronized with U.S. market hours.
To further promote the service, Bitget has established additional promotional pools offering rewards. New users can distribute 100,000 USDT in SpaceX stock rewards after completing various activities, while a separate trading challenge tied to Micron shares provides another 100,000 USDT pool, incentivizing active participation within the platform.
Bitget is working to make the process of transferring and managing assets seamless for investors, aiming to convert existing equity holders into regular participants in its ecosystem. The ability to transfer stocks, coupled with options for crypto-funded purchases and market data tools, is expected to make Bitget more competitive against traditional brokers.
Currently, Bitget offers over 500 U.S. stocks and ETFs throughout its stock-related ecosystem, with asset management breaking the 50 million dollar mark in its rToken products. The introduction of direct inbound transfers enhances the platform’s operational capability and aligns with Bitget’s vision of creating a unified portfolio model that caters not just to crypto traders but also to traditional investors. The Stock Transfer Fast-Track Plan is a significant step towards establishing a more comprehensive brokerage-style experience, where users can manage stocks, tokenized assets, and cryptocurrencies all within a single account.
