Bitget Wallet has announced a significant enhancement to its platform by integrating XO Swap, a cross-chain swap aggregator developed by Exodus Movement, Inc. This move aims to elevate the trading experience for the wallet’s vast user base, granting them deeper liquidity, more competitive rates, and faster execution across nearly 100 different blockchain networks.

XO Swap serves as a pivotal integration, allowing wallets and platforms to facilitate seamless cross-chain trading. It aggregates liquidity from various decentralized exchanges, bridges, and market makers, ensuring that every trade is routed to achieve the best possible price for users.

“Bitget Wallet’s customers expect a swap experience that’s proven at scale,” said JP Richardson, CEO and Co-founder of Exodus. He emphasized that XO Swap has been refined over the years within Exodus’ self-custody wallet, ensuring that partner platforms like Bitget Wallet benefit from a robust infrastructure for their users.

Alvin Kan, COO of Bitget Wallet, reinforced this sentiment, stating that the partnership with XO Swap expands the liquidity and routing capabilities available to users. This integration aims to simplify the cross-chain swap process, allowing users to execute trades with just one tap while retaining the security features of a self-custodial wallet.

In the current landscape, many wallets that offer in-app cross-chain swaps often depend on a single liquidity source, which can limit competitive pricing and routing options for users. By integrating XO Swap, Bitget Wallet sets itself apart, providing a more efficient and accessible trading experience for its customers.

Bitget Wallet has rapidly grown to serve over 90 million users globally, functioning as a comprehensive crypto finance platform. It allows users to swap, earn, and pay in stablecoins using crypto cards while prioritizing user security with a dedicated $300 million protection fund. Notably, Bitget Wallet operates as a self-custodial wallet, ensuring that no user funds, private keys, or data are held or controlled by the platform.

Exodus Movement, founded in 2015 and headquartered in Omaha, Nebraska, specializes in self-custodial finance. The company aims to provide individuals with tools to manage their digital assets while maintaining ownership and control. Exodus serves millions of users and offers an enterprise product suite that enhances the crypto infrastructure for other platforms.

The integration of XO Swap into Bitget Wallet represents not only a technological advancement but also a commitment to enhancing user experience in the evolving cryptocurrency landscape. Users can expect a more streamlined and cost-effective approach to cross-chain transactions, aligning with their increasing demand for efficient financial tools.
