Crypto.com has made significant strides into the regulated markets and sports entertainment realm through two recent partnerships. The agreements, officially announced in mid-April 2026, represent the exchange’s efforts to align itself with regulatory frameworks while expanding its mainstream presence.
One of the key developments involves a collaboration with High Roller Technologies to launch event-based prediction contracts in the United States. This partnership allows Crypto.com’s North American derivatives arm to work alongside High Roller as a registered intermediary operating under the guidelines set by the Commodity Futures Trading Commission. This relationship aims to facilitate users’ access to contracts related to financial, sports, and entertainment outcomes, tapping into a market projected to exceed one trillion dollars annually.
According to company executives, this agreement follows extensive preparations over several months, focusing on product logistics and ensuring regulatory compliance. The collaboration positions High Roller strategically within a burgeoning sector that bridges traditional markets with digital currencies.
In a separate but related move, Crypto.com has become a co-presenting sponsor for the upcoming UFC Freedom 250 event, scheduled for June 14, 2026, at the White House. This event marks a historic occasion as it is set to be the first UFC card held at this iconic location, coinciding with celebrations for the 250th anniversary of the United States.
As part of its sponsorship, Crypto.com is committed to funding a $1 million bonus pool for selected fighters, which will be awarded in addition to the standard performance bonuses usually provided by the UFC. This partnership significantly deepens Crypto.com’s involvement in the world of sports, building on a relationship that started in 2021 when the exchange first became the official fight kit partner for the UFC.
The UFC Freedom 250 event is expected to generate considerable viewer interest, with broadcasting planned through Paramount+. Fans can anticipate a thrilling fight card, including a lightweight title bout between contenders Ilia Topuria and Justin Gaethje, complemented by a co-main event featuring Alex Pereira against Ciryl Gane.
These strategic moves by Crypto.com showcase the exchange’s commitment to integrating digital assets into established sporting and financial frameworks, paving the way for broader acceptance and usage of cryptocurrencies in various sectors.
