Foris DAX MT Limited, a limited liability company incorporated in Malta, has garnered attention for its operations in the burgeoning field of cryptocurrency. With the company registration number C 88392, its registered office is located at Level 7, Spinola Park, Triq Mikiel Ang Borg, SPK 1000, St. Julians, Malta. The firm operates under the name Crypto.com and has received authorization from the Malta Financial Services Authority (MFSA) as a Crypto-Asset Service Provider. This designation comes in accordance with the Regulation 2023/1114 on Markets in Crypto-Assets, as implemented in Malta by the Markets in Crypto Assets Act.

Foris DAX MT Limited is authorized to offer a wide range of services related to crypto-assets, which include:

1. Exchange of crypto-assets for traditional funds.
2. Exchange of crypto-assets for other crypto-assets.
3. Reception and transmission of orders for crypto-assets on behalf of clients.
4. Execution of orders for crypto-assets on behalf of clients.
5. Transfer services for crypto-assets on behalf of clients.
6. Custody and administration services for crypto-assets on behalf of clients.

In addition to these services, the Cash Account is provided by Foris MT Limited, another entity incorporated in Malta with company registration number C 90348. Foris MT Limited is also based at Level 7, Spinola Park, Triq Mikiel Ang Borg, SPK 1000, St. Julians, Malta. It has been duly authorized by the Malta Financial Services Authority as a financial institution licensed to issue electronic money under the third schedule to the Financial Institutions Act.

It’s noteworthy that any other product or service advertised on the Crypto.com website or app falls under the purview of other group companies and does not pertain to the regulated services provided by Foris DAX MT Limited or Foris MT Limited.
