This unusual organizational structure stands in stark contrast to other leaders in the AI and tech sectors. For instance, Sam Altman, CEO of OpenAI, reportedly manages around half a dozen direct reports, while Nvidia’s Jensen Huang oversees a far larger team, numbering in the dozens.
